Our guarantee
If an item is not in the condition we described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price and original shipping, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue.
- We send a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item the way it arrived: bag, board, rigid mailer.
- We refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving it.
What this covers
Condition not matching the listed grade, an undisclosed flaw (writing, tears, missing pages, tape, stains), or an item that is not the year, team, issue, or printing we listed.
What this does not cover
Change of mind returns, and items that come back in a different condition than they were sent. Items that were professionally graded and sold in a sealed holder are returnable only if the holder arrives damaged or the item does not match the listing.
Exchanges
We do not exchange directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
