By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Pastime Press ("we," "us").

2. Products

We sell original vintage printed sports memorabilia. Items are one of a kind or limited quantity. Photos show the actual item when we have it in hand. Where no photo exists, the listing shows a Pastime Press title card. Grades follow our published Condition Grading Guide.

3. No affiliation

Pastime Press is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, or any team. Team and league names are used only to describe the items we sell.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time before you order. If an item sells out or a listing contains an error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship. Payment is due at checkout. Sales tax is charged where required.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Covered by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Want List

Want List alerts are a courtesy. We do not guarantee that an item will become available or that you will receive notice before others.

8. Selling and consigning to us

Offers and consignment terms are made in writing per item and are governed by that written agreement.

9. Use of the site

You may not copy our photos or descriptions, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Pastime Press is registered, as listed in the store's legal information, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
