Shipping policy
How we pack
Every order ships the same way, whatever the price: each piece goes in an archival polypropylene bag with an acid free backing board, then into a rigid cardboard mailer sized so it cannot slide or bend. Larger or oversized programs ship in a box with corner protection.
When it ships
Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
United States rates
- Orders under $150: $7.95, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking
- Orders $150 and over: free, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking
- Priority Mail upgrade: $14.95
- Orders over $500 ship by USPS Priority Mail with insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge
International rates
- Canada: $24.95
- All other countries: $34.95
International orders ship by USPS Priority Mail International with tracking. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.
Combined shipping
Shipping is charged once per order, no matter how many items.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us. We will file the claim and, for items we can replace, ship a replacement, or refund you in full.
